House in Umbria with Pool & Garden Views

The property was well located for both Assisi and Perugia and is set in a beautiful area that looks like a small Park. Carla the owner was very helpful and the small kitchen in a cabinet was adequate. The Wi-Fi had a strong signal which we appreciated. A very nice facility.

Nice spot for a group trip, Plenty of space and the furniture was nice, The garden area was great for the kids to play around, A little noisy from the road at times, but not too bad

Montecornea is a nice, secluded spot to Umbria exploring plenty of space and tranquility. Really great!

A beautifully located in a beautiful park setting. Location is very central, in 15 minutes you are in Perugia and yet you do not suffer from the noise around this city. Within 1 minute you are on the highway to other destinations to visit. Located far from the pension is a small supermarket and 10 minutes a very large in a large shopping center. The pool is spacious and located in beautiful garden with terrace and sun loungers. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Accommodation is air conditioned, well maintained and very clean, kitchen is very small and limited fitted bedroom is located on the mezzanine and therefore very hot in summer because air "night off. Upon request, the institution may be adapted so that it stays on . addition, Internet access in apartments (own network along. Super Spot, highly recommended!

We fully agree with the family Smetsers. It really is a wonderful environment and the facilities are excellent. The three buildings (where a total of 14 bungalows and apartments are in) are new and equipped with all the luxuries (like air). The style suits the old mansion, the interior is tasteful and the garden is very well maintained. The house we had booked - as most accommodation - access to a private garden (adjacent to the communal park). Though we really are very satisfied with our stay (a 9 + can surely gain), there are also some downsides. To reduce the electric stove in the kitchen itself to two cores, which is not useful for people who love to cook elaborate. Furthermore, the property is not far from the highway (which has its advantages), but if the birds are quiet, you can hear the highway a bit. Incidentally, we have not had problems, but for a "zero decibels" holiday we would recommend another accommodation.

Jul 2006. A beautiful location with very welcoming people. The receptionist has tips for young and old and immediately creates brochures or information and directions over the internet.
