Set in the hills in Bettona, this is a beautiful 1-bedroom cottage with well-cared outdoor spaces including a shared swimming pool. You can spend an unforgettable holiday here with a family or group of 3 persons.
If you wish to stock up groceries for dinner, the supermarkets are 3 km away. The town center with restaurants rests at 5 km. To commute locally, public transport is available at 10 km. For excursions, the picturesque medieval town of Torgiano and the famous city of Assisi are nearby.
After swimming a few laps in the shared swimming pool, you can rinse yourself in the outside shower. The private furnished terrace is the right spot to start your mornings with healthy breakfasts. After meals, you can enjoy lazy walks in the shared garden or lie down in a shady corner in the fresh air. Evenings are better with a hot barbecue and local wine in place. Parking and bicycles are available.
Note: Final cleaning must be paid on site in cash. Tourist tax is €2 per night per person, applicable for the first 4 days, and up to 11 years of age.

Our stay in "Bettona " we had before us more. First, the house is not in Bettona but Passagio. Lies The view of Assisi from the terrace was amazing. The owner / manager was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The zwembas was fine. The garden was well looked after. The property is centrally located to all area attractions. Unfortunately the stay was less comfortable than desired due to the lack of a decent seating, poor bathroom, poor kitchen equipment and poor hot water. Each administrator must be held accountable for the failure of the hot water. Given we had expected more., The price paid for the property

We had a wonderful time in Molinella or II Sambro. The owner Andrea is a really great guy and did everything to make us happy. The cottage, recently renovated, offering enough comfort for z 's three of us. It was also cool. A large pool, which was daily cleaned, also offered delicious coolness. Pass Bellagio is a great base for many beautiful pictures in the area to visit . More than worth we found Perugia, Bevagna and Gubbio. The waterfalls Marmore Terni not forget Altogether Molinella an absolute must!

This is a holiday in a beautiful location and with beautiful views of Assisi. The owner is very friendly. The pool is clean and well located. The location is slightly less suitable for families with children up to 4 years by the many stairs and steps.

We have had a very pleasant week at casa Molinella in june. Nice weather, quiet surroundings and a beautiful swimming pool. We visited a lot of nice medieval cities and had a delicious meal with beautiful view in the restaurant in Bettona.
