Beautiful accommodation in a completely restored monastery. High brick ceilings, with round arches, beautiful tiled floors in the otherwise white-painted rooms. Garden table and chairs, covered with a canopy so that you can sit there even in the rain with a view of the valley. A large swimming pool where you can swim laps but also play with children, with clear fresh water and sun loungers and parasols on the side. We hardly notice anything from the other guests. The owner - who also did the entire restoration and lives nearby - is extremely friendly and helpful where necessary. In short, we consider ourselves lucky with this choice for a stay of about 14 days in Umbria!: The location is close to a large village with shops and restaurants, but is also a great starting point for visits to all the beautiful cities and towns in Umbria because it is very central. What a great location! Beautiful apartments in a perfectly restored twelfth century former monastery. Very quiet location, yet only a few minutes away from the main roads. Lots of privacy, and the pool seemed more like a private swimming pool. Good supermarket and bakery are present in the small village. In short, a super place! Very friendly owner. Even taking a dip in the evenings was no problem. Highly recommended!
