Pretty and playful, this is a 2-bedroom villa in Marsciano, not far from Perugia. It has an extremely well-kept garden and a swimming pool to spend a relaxed holiday. The pool is shared with the owner, and the villa is ideal for a small family or group of 4 friends.
Marsciano is a charming, busy little Umbrian town, popular for its wine. The town center of Marsciano, with the supermarkets and the restaurants, rests at 900 m. You can be here in the evenings to enjoy the streetscape. For a pleasant day out, you can visit Lake Trasimeno at 28 km. An excursion to Perugia at 28 km is highly recommended.
You can wash up in the outside shower after swimming a few laps. You can relax, enjoy a refreshing drink, or read a good book. The garden invites you to play ball games and have lazy walks at night. There are two parking slots available.
Perugia Airport is 33 km away.

Upstairs level from very beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood just outside the pleasant city center of Marsciano. View at the hills of Umbria. Owners (father & daughter) live downstairs. The hosts made our holiday perfect â˜ºï¸ They were very friendly, always withdrawn so as not to disturb us and made sure that we didn't miss anything. As a result, one of the conveniences was that we always had the pool to ourselves 😎. The apartment is large, well-kept and really well furnished. The dishwasher and washing machine made sure that we didn't have to do much housework. For a small fee we also had air conditioning in every room and this was necessary given the temperatures and we recommend it. The outdoor area is very well maintained and wonderfully lit at night. We go to Italy every year and have stayed in a number of holiday homes and apartments and we can say that none of the accommodations impressed us as much. We recommend the accommodation.
