We had an apartment which was in the main building. The whole thing was messy. The interior meager. The double bed was good. In the main building could still cook. If you had what it takes for your own kitchen, you could get it from the main kitchen. Not very praktisch.We been robbed in the apartment, but that had nothing to do with the apartment as such.

What have we had a lovely holiday here. We were almost all the time alone and have thoroughly enjoyed the peace, the view and the pool.The couple Sale is 45 years ago came after their wedding with a few sheep from Sardinia to Umbria. They have their ground in the years to expand enormously. Alone in their field can be beautiful walk. Son Pietro provides the sheep and make cheese (recommended), daughter Antonella, the hostess of the agriturismo. It's fine if you speak Italian, but with gestures and a dictionary, you're bound from there. Antonella is very nice and welcoming.

Nice location, with good and clean pool and plenty of space around the houses. Our apartment was for 2 people (big dog) large enough. A little dated in decor but no point. because you are especially bnuiten. Beautiful setting in the hills (beautiful classic villages, exquisitely maintained and spotless) and near the lake. Castel Rigone (5 minutes drive) has excellent shopping and a diamond.

A beautiful location, the cottages are modern and comfortable is present. The hostess is a very friendly woman who will help you immediately if a problem had been, unfortunately that will only speak Italian. Perugia, Assisi and Cortona in a (half) hour drive. Very quiet location 10 minutes from the beautiful Lake Trasimeno.

We had a very nice holiday in Villa Martis. It is very quiet and not so very far to nice excursions. Children can have tremendous fun, there are toys with a big lawn, board games etc. ... It is certainly suitable for a peaceful holiday retreat and a whole day just to stay to relax on your private terrace or poolside. The owner is very friendly, shame or that language is a stumbling block. Here we will definitely come back to go out!
