The cottage we really liked. The rooms are beautifully furnished and anyone who loves a really old country house is right here. The kitchen is simple and there are still 2 seating and dining outside, sun loungers and Gartenstühle.Die road to the house is the last piece of very bad and you have to be careful that you go to the best places. The house is the second last and therefore it is very quiet - rare except the garbage disposal comes a car can vorbei.Man very nice trips to the small towns make to Assisi, Spoleto, Peruggia or there are a couple hiking in the area (find the Internet) .At some places you can swim in the lake, the water is warm and sometimes you can run well into.

We are family went on holiday to Italy and have made the four of this house. It is really quite large with a large piece of land there where the kids could play. The house offers stunning views of the lake and has a lovely terrace and nice BBQ. Because it is on a lake you have to take into account certain mosquitoes in the evening. The house is well protected against mosquitoes and keep good cooling. We've had a lot of fun to our home and location.

We had a wonderful week. It said that the language was Italian, but our host did his best in English. The service was good, the fridge did not work and the next day there was another. Extra blankets were also brought. For an eight-person house there were some little chairs in the living room and outside. Also there was no coffee maker. The espresso jug was broken.

The plot of the house is great and the rooms too. The view is stunning, from various windows look directly onto the Lake Trasimeno. Fairly new plumbing (two bathrooms). Around the house a lot of space. Shed for the car. There are screens on the windows (and that is really needed from mid-July). The weather was very hot, but inside it was good to keep. We have a very nice holiday gehad.De manager spoke poor English but was also of good will. In the studio under the house is no more, I understand. We have at least one gezien.We found it a pity that we in the house no information found (no shops, doctor, trips, experiences of others). You need electricity (according to the meter, few euros per week) and gas (2 per day) separately pay the final cleaning costs 15 euros I believe. I did not see, but is reasonable.
