Farmhouse Umbria-Tuscany with Pool

Despite the corona troubles decided to go to Italy, especially considering that Umbria was / was hardly affected by corona and Case Graziani is a small-scale accommodation, we did not think it was an unacceptable risk! So glad we went because it was fantastic! Everything super neat and plenty of space, including at the pool. In several places hand soap and at the pool disinfection material to clean beds if you want; is done every morning anyway. Only downside (but get used to it quickly) is that you have to put on a mask if you want to go somewhere and in busy places where you cannot keep a meter away, but we have not encountered those, not even in Orvieto and Montepulciano, normally popular tourist places. Wonderful environment also for mountain biking / cycling !!

This farmhouse experience was everything we hoped for! The local produce available for purchase was a treat, and the staff were incredibly friendly, We enjoyed day trips to nearby towns, and the fitness room was a nice bonus for our morning workouts

Very friendly welcome, helpful people who speak fluent English and French. Family atmosphere. Because of booking problems of other guests we were assigned a larger apartment. Nice view and everything is fine!

Arrival was fine. The accommodation was well cared for .. The only thing missing was a couch to chill out in the living room. For the rest it was perfect.

Very kindly received. English speaking son-in-law who was willing to offer all the help. Very well maintained, spacious apartment (almost like new!) With really beautiful views from the two balconies. Kitchen is also fully equipped. 2 bathrooms. Elevator available to easily carry luggage to apartment. Perfect parking behind closed fence. Nice swimming pool. Also offers the possibility to take trips by train (from Chuisi station with free parking) to Florence (about 2 hours) or Rome. Food possible in Moriano village within walking distance. Tourist Info Map available in cottage.

All top apartment in the main building. After one week we got clean sheets and handdoeken😀. The communal bbq was uneventful. The only downside for us was it that the road noise zorgde.Vele get done, even went by train to Rome. Top holiday with beautiful views and a fun pool.

We were in "flat Paladue 4 adults and 2 children. The" apartment "perfect in everything, well stocked And furnished with two beautiful terraces. Very Clean. The structure and 'equipped with all amenities. Beautiful pool. Ms. Carla and "kind and disponibile.Torneremo with pleasure.
