A very nice podere with nice apartment, relaxed atmosphere, nice swimming pool, quiet garden, delicious food in the restaurant, good wifi, friendly hostess. Centrally located, good base for Umbria and Tuscany. The immediate surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and there is everything to see in the towns and smaller villages.

Owners are stug and speak almost no english. Accommodation is in itself good, however, is above the kitchen so the rooms stay very hot. In the main bedroom, air conditioning costs 6 euto per day. Kitchen is very simple and eating a bite takes some morite to handle (walking back and forth with stairs). Accommodation is mainly used by Italian family of owners.
