Search for the house and the owner. Accommodation suggests that the picture is more spacious. Half of the property on the ground floor is office. A beautiful environment really makes everything right.

We have had a nice week in a beautiful setting with great conditions. However, one to feel the loss of damage to a porcelain reading lamp has fallen from the bedside table. What makes your piece you have to pay, but for all reason. I estimate the value of the lamp at up to € 40, -. Owner claimed that the damage would be € 150, - and told that the same lamp had fallen 2 years ago and that the damage would have been around € 130. He refused to return the deposit. We are still waiting for mediation via Belvilla on the settlement of this in my view ridiculous claim.

Wonderful holiday had in a simple apartment with 1 bedroom (with shower and toilet) on the ground floor, is separate from the rest of the apartment on the first floor. ideal for two couples, less so for families with (small) kinderen.appartement is part of a beautiful winery where wines are made, for example, the local white grape Grecetto serves the owner by appointment nice dinners, not cheap, but delicious and all local, Umbria is a lot less touristy than eg. Tuscany, and therefore perfectly suited for peace-seekers and sports enthusiasts, friendly mountains with large agricultural, forest and of course vineyards invite you to go walking or biking and trail running, mountain biking.

Provided we have the two weeks had greatly to our liking. The house is spacious with large living rooms and reasonable. Our party of 3 couples, 1 with two kids just fitted. The children slept on a sofa bed in the living room which would not be sufficient in terms of comfort for two volwassenen.De kitchen is simple and not very extensive cooking utensils and tableware. We turned (in July) the first visitors since the winter. The dishwasher still had to be repaired (a day repairman had visited), the hot water again -with some effortlessly triggered and the mold from the coffee machines we own but cleaned. Luckily it was mostly hot and dry for the first downpour, the rain came in through the ceiling beams. There appeared last six months cracks have emerged. Pretty soon repaired by 4 handymen with a lot of kit the next day, but yet again work on the house. The bathrooms on the upper floor also leak through to the ground floor. Perhaps by the stoppage of the building and the rich amount cracks were also relatively high schorpioenen.De owner, who lives in the main house of the estate, is well approachable and takes - s

We had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 badkamers.Daar arrived we found that for the second bedroom each night a steep staircase full of bird droppings were down, so outside. Not very cozy. Was also not mentioned in the description. Chairs and tables outdoors, including the pool were always full of bird droppings. Outside there was nothing cleaned. In short, I am very disappointed at Belvilla. This was once but never again.

We enjoyed a great time in a great house! The house is beautifully located on the SanRocco wine estate, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and offers wonderful views on Todi in the far distance! On top of it, we experiencOver the Brenner Pass: from 33 to 17 degrees with rain etc the charm and friendlyness of a great owner who cooked us in the restaurant on the estate, some memorable dinners!. Coming home with quite a few bottles of the wonderful wine, we will most certainly have many evenings ahead of us where we will memorize our holiday and long to come back! Ann Maccreanor
