Farmhouse with Pool – Pets Welcome!

The apartment was very basic. The kitchen was not clean, we had to clean the pans and dishes first. "To our horror, we also had mice visiting us at night. The pool was not clean and all the sun loungers were broken. So this is definitely not recommended. What was positive was the restaurant where we had a delicious meal every time. And not to forget the beautiful surroundings, we really enjoyed that.

We were nicely welcomed by Stephano, Nicolette and Sergio with a bottle of rose to try out our own vineyard. Stephano manages the olive grove so you can also buy delicious olive oil! Top apartment with wonderful beds! Nice swimming pool! Really a destination for peace seekers! Beautiful surroundings ... visit Trevi, Spoleto, Perugia, Assisi, Norcia, Spello, Foligno.Supermarkt Eurospin a short distance and if you want to cook Nicoletta in her restaurant (great fun decorated) the most delicious dishes for you! We will definitely go back!

Spacious and clean accommodation. Excellent location to discover. Umbria Very friendly owners who always serve. At the residence is a restaurant that is operated by the owner. Not mandatory but easy. We stayed two weeks in Agriturismo Residenza del Marchese, a large farmhouse in Qualdo di Cattaneo in Umbria. All interesting towns and villages are easily accessible by car. Lake Trasimeno is 60 km. We are very welcomed by siblings Stefano and Nicoletta and her husband Sergio. Brother and sister speak good english. They do their best to give you a nice holiday. The attached restaurant has a small menu, but the quality of the food is very good. R nVanuit the apartment you have a beautiful view over the valley Pool is good, but not suitable for small children. By personal contact with the owners you get the possibility to learn about Italian life more, but your privacy is assured. Overall a must for people who love the culture in the Italian cities of the Umbrian countryside and enjoy the Italian hospitality.

Location is chill, not too far from the town center, The outdoor pool is a total win, and having a BBQ setup is lit, Just a heads up, the bubble bath is an extra cost but so worth it for that relaxation time!

We have a nice holiday. The apartment lived up to expectations and the pool was schoon.Vanuit this site you can see many like: Rome, Assisi, Florence and of course the local towns and villages that are very worthwhile. It is also quite easy to make a trip to the Adriatic coast. Overall a nice place in a nice area with something for everyone.

Beautiful quiet guest house which converted traditional farmhouse with a clean pool (not suitable for small children). In the pool are sun loungers. The hosts / folding do their best to take it to your liking (english speaking). They provide lots of useful tourist tips. Excellent cuisine with a small card. Sometimes there is an extra dish. There is homemade wine served good quality. (Certainly cheap) Off season there are few guests and the restaurant is only on Fri., Sat., And Sundays. Excellent base to all interesting places in Umbria within half an hour to visit. There are no hiking trails in the area plotted above will approx 20 min by car to drive. During the week of September 3, there are very nice village festivals.
