Holiday Home in Sellano with Pool & Sun Terrace

The holiday home is located with a number of other houses on top of a hill in the hamlet of Fonni, belonging to the municipality of Sellano in the area of Foligno/Spoleto. Not to be confused with the much higher Sellano near Perugia. It is quite remote and accessible via winding roads through the hills/mountains. Fonni has only a few houses and the main activity is agriculture and livestock. The house consists of 3 apartments for resp. 2, 4 (both BG) and 5 persons (1st floor). Each house has a strip with seating outside and there is a shared garden with fruit trees with tables and chairs with a beautiful view of the valley. There are four small barbecues to use. An additional advantage of the location on the hill is the pleasant temperature. If it is very hot in the cities, it is still bearable here. It also cools down enough in the evening to be able to sleep comfortably. We had the 5-person apartment. Basic but otherwise well maintained. Two spacious bedrooms. The single beds were fine, the mattress of the double bed was less. Bathroom is also fine, although the hot water (also in the kitchen) sometimes falters. The windows of the house have shutters and roller screens on the inside. They are also necessary, because there are quite a lot of flies. Bringing an electric fly racket is therefore not a luxury! The house also has a TV, a small refrigerator and a separate oven. And contrary to the description there is also (free) wifi! Tip: take a camping lamp with you for cooking, because there is no lighting under the cupboards. The swimming pool is 50m away from the house in the middle of the town itself and is accessible via a steep (tarmac) road down. The site is locked with a separate key and is not only used by the guests, but also by the owner and his family members who come by every now and then. The pool is spacious and clean. The arrival was friendly and the view breathtaking, as reported in all the reviews. Well, far away. The accommodation is simple, but on closer inspection it is very dirty. If you like a hot shower and then have a hot shower, shower is not a problem. We would not put any small children down, so hot. The kitchen was small and messy and plastered so much of the fat, including the pans that we did not cook (ie also no water for coffee and tea). The pool, although not located at the apartment, was tidy. The area was beautiful, but the roads were poorly maintained.

Umbrie is a beautiful setting and the location of the apartment underlines this. Breathtakingly beautiful! Anna's welcome was hearty so the holiday is already starting to finish. The owner we met when cleaning her pool. A friendly friendly man. The apartment verde is nicely decorated. We sat in the morning at 7:00 with a cup of coffee to enjoy the view. A unique place high on a mountain with mountain views. A must for people who love nature and rest. For restaurants and restaurants you need to go to the surrounding towns. We have therefore cooked ourselves regularly. The swimming pool is close and delicious. The little walk there is good for your calf muscles. We had a wonderful holiday.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, somewhat secluded spot with stunning views. The pool 100 m. From the apartments is a lovely oasis hamlet Fonni.

For the first time a house which exactly meets the definition! Looking for rest and a super view .... you have to be here. Cots are top notch, the double "mattress" less. For the rest all ok! Sellano there are several shops where you can buy simple products, good pizza at Bar Stella or Loch Ness. Super tasty meat and fish at Planet apes. In addition to the Esso direction Sellano. Assisi, Perugia, Trasimeno, Waterfalls, Spello, all Rome Summit, Grazie Topic!

It is a beautiful apartment on top of the mountain. You have stunning views over the other bergtoppen.De evenings or cool, so an extra sweater is not a luxury. The only thing we really missed the bakery in the village was to get 's fresh bread in the morning. The nearest supermarket is 12 km away, but means little. A larger supermarket can be found in Spoleto, this is more than half an hour . beautiful surroundings and beautiful villages.
