About Property
Typical Italian country house with a large pool on an enclosed plot with beautiful trees. You can take part in a cooking class on site for a fee. Learn how to create spaghetti and typical Italian pasta. The small town of Monterado grew out of a monastery and was founded in the 13th century. Here you can experience authentic Italy in a special ambience and have plenty of opportunities for excursions to the nearby beaches, the city of Fano and the pretty, hilly hinterland of the coast.

A house in the Marche - a dream in the Marche! 2020 is known to be a difficult year, not only for holiday selection,,, We nevertheless decided on this lonely farmhouse for the end of July and have not regretted it for a second! The house is large and tastefully furnished in a rustic style, there is enough space for eight people, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped, the induction cooker is great, there are enough toys for the pool and garden including a table tennis table - just cool! The large garden including a hammock and olive trees invites you to relax, and now the highlight - we have never had such a large pool (72 sqm)

Owner and son very nice, handover without any problems, house is very rustic inside, pool and pool area one of the best we have ever had, especially the water quality was great! Since there is no lighting at the outdoor seating area, you should bring a camping lamp or something, and in any case Autan, and don't skimp on it, it was a great holiday! Thank you for everything,
