The booking was for House 34.0, Apartment 3. Unfortunately, there is no first floor here. The reception of the golf course helped us search; they said that there are often problems with Belvilla. We actually wanted to leave again. Ultimately, the correct apartment in House 43.0 No. 3 was still occupied by a family with 2 kids in the afternoon and not cleaned, and the windows were completely dirty. We will not let this ruin our vacation. I expect a reasonable refund.
