it is a beautiful house, with a super nice and beautiful pool. The manager was very helpful when it turned out that there was no wifi and later problems with the electricity.

Basically, the accommodation was clean when handed over. However, it turned out that there is some repair work to be done. The broken dishwasher was extremely annoying as it wasted a lot of time.1. The air conditioner on the right fails to cool the room enough2. The coffee maker takes at least an hour to fill the jug.3. No pizza scoop (The pizza oven was a reason to book this place)4. Lack of cushions for loungers5. No umbrellas6. broken chairs7. Sliding door defective8. The glass roof of the terrace is shifted (rain comes through)9. Broken dishwasher (waste of time)10. Water pressure in the shower was too low11. The fridge in the kitchen doesn't cool properly

a little more remote than expected, but it was a nice vacation!

We were received very friendly. Even when we had questions before our departure, we were immediately helped by e-mail. The stay was thick in orders and everything was very clean. The heated pool was super and was cleaned itself when we were there. The location was ideal. Everything was close by and we didn't have to drive far. Highly recommended. We have been able to enjoy our vacation in peace. Still one downside: there were an awful lot of mosquitoes, we did get a remedy from the owner against the mosquitoes (spiral), so we could still sit outside in the evening.

The house is spacious and comfortable, Everything we needed was there, We especially loved the proximity to the Aquapark Istralandia, which was a fun day out for the kids, Overall, a nice stay

We were very kindly met by Blanka. She explained how e.e.a worked in the house but she spoke a lot. The house with its spacious garden and seating areas, not to mention a fantastic swimming pool, was lovely. There were a lot of mosquitoes and because we do not like poison we have been stabbed a lot of times but that did not spoil the fun. Perhaps you could organize something with mosquito netting on the lower terrace so that there is always a seat where you have less problems with the mosquitoes. With a car you are quickly in nice places, it is fairly central. The village of Brtonigla has a pleasant atmosphere and we were there during the annual village festival. We did not understand everything about the festivities but everything radiated coziness.

On arrival everything was great. Key delivery, house management. The housekeeper was very nice, friendly and always tried to help. Have lots of good tips on what you can do and where to go to eat. The house is suitable for a family holiday, also with dog, since four bedrooms and two bathrooms are available. The pool is large and located in a beautiful, lovingly landscaped garden. There are very many fruit trees (figs, pomegranates, kiwi ..) and you can eat everything that is hanging on the tree. The only drawback is the mosquito repellent .. So much Mückenenspray with you. And if you want to eat dinner, Novigrad is only 6 km away. Novigrad has a beautiful harbor promenade and a nice old town with pedestrian zone. In the evening, there are plenty of dining places around the harbor. Fresh seashells, fish, scampi, cocktails, beer etc .. and music. Rovinj and Porec are about 30 km away and worth seeing. I'll be back safely.
