The room advertised is fake. Be very wary and cautious. We booked the room for London but when we went to the property it’s a deskless property, when we called the host they say you have to collect the Keys from Aberdeen. After booking they send you a voucher but the voucher comes from another third party and not hotel.com. The voucher states a completely different property to the one booked. Customer service is non existent for hotel.com. Avoid at all costs.
