Arrived only to find out that No room was booked. Fortunately Ali on reception found us a room. I had to pay for this. And now I am trying to get my money back , from the booking. I have been in touch with belvilla.com and hope they refund quickly. The female receptionist was unhelpful, and despite 3 attempts to have an invoice, she failed to provide one.
