Housekeeping needs a lot or work. the toilet was stained but cleanable, just laziness to have not cleaned it properly every time and let it build up. The edges and ledges round the room was dusty and dirty, again just laziness. The person in charge of housekeeping needs further training if they miss this on their inspections.
