About Property

This spacious 3-star villa (250m²) sleeps up to 7 people. It offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (a master suite with 160cm bed and bathroom, two bedrooms with 140cm beds, one of which has a ventilated sleeping area), a private swimming pool and an outdoor carbet. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Parties are not permitted.

Located in Goyave (Basse-Terre), the villa is 10 minutes from the beaches (Roseau beach) and close to natural sites (Bras de Fort waterfall, Moreau waterfalls). The town centre (bakeries, markets) is 5 minutes away by car, and the port of Trois-Rivières (excursions to the islands) is 30 minutes away.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with barbecue and two bathrooms. Internet access, air conditioning (except in the sleeping area), bed linen and towels are included. A water reserve system is provided. Housekeeping is included. A welcome cocktail and dedicated concierge are available. A deposit is required.
