Villa in St. Jean-de-Monts with Private Pool

The staff in charge of reception and maintenance are very friendly. House well located in a quiet area near the forest and cycle paths. We are nevertheless disappointed by the low level of services compared to the price. "Internet access possible, 4G non-existent ..) The interior decoration does not correspond to the description. the furnishings are "kitsch" and the padlocks on many cupboards show the mercantile character of the owner

What a lovely vacation spot! The area is peaceful, and the nearby woods provided great walking trails, Our villa was spacious, and the private pool was a highlight for the kids, Would definitely return!

House is on holiday park, so there is no through traffic (behind closed gate). House itself is fully equipped and with private pool to relax. In the immediate vicinity are not many facilities, so car or bicycle is necessary (for example for groceries). Very pleased and in our opinion a must!

The reception at the reception was reasonable we were polite in English to speak but it was not really warm. We had booked a 4-person house, but were allocated a 6-person house. The furniture in the house itself was dated but clean. Beds are not really fantastic. The downstairs bathroom had a bath, no shower curtain or screen. Upstairs bathroom only had a shower, a very small one so not really handy with 2 small children. Pool was really fantastic, clean and reheating was absolutely unnecessary (early August). The area is not within walking distance, you have to take the bike or car everywhere. You could order sandwiches at the reception, but you could only pick up from 9 o'clock. Cycling to the beach or village is good, especially if you cycle through the forest. No WiFi in the house, only at the reception. We had a fantastic holiday, but we found the price not in relation to the quality of the house and the service offered.

Environment beautiful, the home appliances had some flaws. In the kitchen only steelpads and no lids to be recognized. Some things like garde onbrake.tuinstoel pillows were very worn.Droogrek was very old and broken with a bit of wind. Above all, an email has been sent to which we have not received an answer.

Friendly team smiling and friendly. The accommodation is in itself very well equipped by cons the hygiene of the house is to review (dirty dishes, inside walls of the house covered with stains, unwashed floors ...). Otherwise a quiet villa in a setting where you feel right away and the pool is very nice.

Quiet accommodation, neat service at reception, quiet location

We had 2 beautiful weeks and could be well maintained by the owner every day in the pool. The cottage itself was very comfortable and it was lacking. What I was sorry for was that there was only WiFi at the front desk and not in the cottages. For such a nice park, I think that is a big drawback. In the area you could also enjoy beautiful cycling.
