Dimensions: 8.5 x 4 m, flat bottom, depth 1.50 m, beach and steps.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant covered terrace with a built-in barbecue. The villa has a living room, two bedrooms (one with a 1.60 m bed and two single beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Wine trails, cellar tours and tastings, hiking, cycling or horse riding... there are many varied activities to enjoy in this magnificent region, which is also famous for its summer cultural events (concerts, the Vaison Danse festival, proximity to Avignon and its festival, Orange and its Chorégies).

The blue shutters have meanwhile changed to olive green. For those who love peace, the perfect place. And yet close to beautiful sights nearby. Outside the cottage a solid 10. Nice chairs, lovely pool, enough sun and shade spots. Inside, some dated furniture. And the shower cabin with shower curtain could use an upgrade. But we enjoyed ourselves, lovely weather, beautiful surroundings, nice host.

Nice holiday home in the backyard of the owner. On arrival there was a bottle of rosé chilled ready as a welcome (very nice). The house is not big but everything you need is available. The double bed could use a new mattress. (very hard). There is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity, with lovely towns such as Vaison la Romaine and Nyons just a stone's throw away. Avignon and Orange are also not far via the A7, a visit is recommended. We also enjoyed ourselves in and around the pool. All in all a very nice Belvilla, worth repeating.

Klein maar fijn. Perfect in orde. Zeer rustig gelegen. Dicht bij Vaison-la-Romaine (boodschappen). Enig minpuntje: de deksels passen niet op de kookpotten.
