Centrally located house in a small side street next to the town hall and just a few meters from the harbor.

The house was completely renovated and stylishly furnished in 2023 and 2024.

It is perfect for 4 people (2 bedrooms).

There is air conditioning and TVs in the bedrooms. Another TV is located in the living room in the basement. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a small dishwasher, a washer-dryer, and a small wine refrigerator. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet on each of the two upper floors. A small ladder provides access to the attic.
