The living room is generously sized, with a dining area, lounge area, and flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day of outdoor adventures.

Located just 500 meters from the Ruade ski slopes and a short shuttle ride to the village center (1.8 km), this apartment is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. In the warmer months, enjoy hiking and exploring the stunning alpine landscape. The charming village of La Clusaz, only a short distance away, offers local shops, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities.
