With a south-west facing orientation, it enjoys plenty of natural light, and a shuttle service is available for easy access to the village and ski lifts.

Nearby attractions include the scenic slopes of La Clusaz for skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing, and numerous hiking trails for summer activities.
