The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by elevator, and features a south-east facing balcony with a terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine. The living room (22.61 m²) is spacious, with a sofa bed and a TV for relaxation after a day on the slopes. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, perfect for preparing meals. There are three cozy bedrooms, including one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The apartment also has two shower rooms and separate WC facilities.

In addition to skiing, the area offers hiking and outdoor activities in both summer and winter, providing a perfect destination for year-round recreation.
