This 4-star apartment is located on the first floor of a fully renovated chalet and boasts a large 40m² terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. With its contemporary design that still retains the mountain charm, the apartment offers an ideal combination of comfort and style. The apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops, with the Pleney ski lifts only 650 meters away and the ESF located 500 meters from the chalet. A bus stop for free shuttles is conveniently located less than 100 meters from the property, ensuring easy access to the ski lifts and surrounding areas. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment's layout includes a spacious living room open to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a wood stove and direct access to the large terrace. There are three bedrooms in total: the first bedroom features a 160cm double bed and an en-suite shower room; the second bedroom also offers a 160cm double bed, an en-suite shower room with WC, and access to a balcony; and the third bedroom contains two single beds, along with an en-suite bathroom and WC. The apartment also includes a separate WC and provides access to shared facilities such as a laundry room with a tumble dryer and washing machine, as well as a ski room with a boot dryer.
