The apartment has a very large terrace with mountain views, ideal for outdoor relaxation. Household and bathroom linen are provided, and cleaning at the end of the stay is compulsory. The property is not pet-friendly, and guests are required to store skis and bikes in the dedicated storage room.

Ideally located near the village center, the apartment offers easy access to local amenities and activities. It is close to a stop for the free shuttle service, providing convenient transport to nearby attractions. In winter, guests can enjoy skiing, with ski storage available in the building, while in summer, the area offers opportunities for biking and outdoor activities. The property is a Summer Multipass member, offering discounts on various local attractions.
