Beautifully located holiday home, completely private. Close to the lovely village of Montclus, which you can partially see from the terrace and the kitchen window. The private access to the river from the garden was a bit less convenient for us, but in less than 5 minutes of walking, you can also enjoy the lovely pebble beach by the river and sit more comfortably. The house was very spacious and very clean upon arrival. And fully equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, stove, washing machine, towels, lounge chairs, drying rack, wifi, information about what to see and do in the area, where the shops are,... super nice! The location of the house is a huge asset: very private, in the middle of nature, unique location and setting,... But nature does mean: more insects (for us mainly wasps and mosquitoes). The terrace is nicely spacious and has a beautiful view. Sun in the morning and from the afternoon it is in the shade. Wonderful to stay, as long as the wasps stay away :) there were a few nests in the wall here and there, so we reported that to the owner. So I suspect this will be better next time! There are also several hiking trails nearby the house or in the area. The region is truly beautiful! We certainly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful holiday home! Are you looking for a nice, spacious house, completely private and equipped with enough comfort in a unique location? Then we can only recommend this beautifully located house!
