The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby (free of charge and features 2 private parking spaces, several sunny terraces, and a beautifully maintained enclosed garden of around 300 m². Two bicycles and a barbecue are available for sunny afternoons in the garden.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and French doors opening onto the terraces. The adjoining open kitchen is well equipped and includes a dining table for six. The modern bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a lovely view, while the mezzanine above the kitchen hosts a double bed and a bunk bed – making it ideal for families with children.
