We were warmly welcomed by Philippe and his wife. There was a welcome drink in the fridge for us, very nice. We received a very clear explanation about everything. There was also a book with a lot of information about the house and the area, detailing what you can do within a 50 km radius to make it a fun vacation. The pool was really lovely and a breath of fresh air during the temperatures of the first week. The bed is very comfortable, the little house and the piece of land that comes with it, I really can't say anything negative about it. Your privacy is very much respected by the owners, but if you need them, they are immediately available for you. Upon departure, we received a local jar of honey, truly amazing in one word. We were welcomed by the friendly owner and his somewhat modest wife. We received a thorough explanation of the very complete inventory of the cottage. The many pieces of information (brochures) about the area are also very pleasant. We didn't need to go to the local tourist office. As birdwatchers, we enjoyed the many species of birds in the garden, such as the Hoopoe, Golden Oriole, and Hawfinch. One rather significant downside is the fact that there is a very busy road (d 104) 100 meters from the cottage with a lot of car and motorcycle noise. We hadn't anticipated this or read about it in other reviews. But despite that, we really enjoyed ourselves!
