This 24 m² studio is designed for comfort and can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a sleeping arrangement with two single bunk beds and a convertible sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) in the living area. The studio includes a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Its fully equipped kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave grill, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, providing all the essentials for a self-catering stay. Additionally, the property offers access to a heated indoor swimming pool with a whirlpool, making it a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes.

The residence is perfectly situated for easy access to the slopes and nearby amenities. Located at an altitude of 1800 meters in the hamlet of Bois Méan, it is directly opposite the daycare center and snow garden, making it an excellent choice for families with young children. Guests can easily reach the Prélaux carpet and Prèbois chairlift, offering convenient access to the ski area. Shops, restaurants, equipment rentals, and regional products are located just a short walk away, with some services available directly on-site. The tourist office, ski lift ticket offices, and ESF des Orres 1800 are also within close proximity, ensuring all necessities are within easy reach.
