The 40 m² duplex is ideal for up to 6 people, offering a comfortable living space with a sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave grill, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and raclette machine). The dining table accommodates up to 6 guests for family meals.

Perfectly located, the residence offers direct access to the slopes, making it especially convenient for families with young children. It is situated just above the tourist office, ski lift ticket offices, and the ESF des Orres 1800, with shops, equipment rentals, and restaurants located nearby or even on-site.
