Beautiful villa in Andalusia near the forest

The property is beautifully situated high above La Joya. The surrounding area is beautiful and rich in nature with beautiful views. The kitchen is fine, with oven, ceramic hobs, microwave and large fridge freezer. In La Joya is a well hidden shop, without further indication located in a house and two bakers that are usually closed. For groceries we went to the gigantic Carrefour in Antequera, 17 km away. You can eat out 400 m away at the hotel Puente del Sol. On paper the menu looks good with refined dishes, in practice that refinement was a bit disappointing. We had 11 wonderful days in Andalusia, the house is a must for those seeking tranquility.

It is a lovely house where you can find peace and quiet. The TomTom was getting the key no problem, center La Joya and you stop almost in front of the restaurant. The pool is a welcome refreshment on hot days. You have to have a car otherwise you will not get anywhere. In the village itself is not much to do. Fantastic place to completely unwind. We were 2 children 10-13 and also they have been well entertained. It was very hot, but the high position nevertheless always a breeze and plenty of shade and a lovely swimming pool which is not a saltwater pool is just chlorine. Owners very vriendelik, indeed speak no english, not a problem, have a son who speaks a little english.
