Countryside Cottage with Pool

quiet ideal for people looking for tranquility

Accommodation very complete, unfortunately unheated pool, lots of nuisance from barking dogs.

Staff at the hotel where you have to pick up the keys were very friendly. We got the key even though we were subiect hour and half earlier. The house is just five minutes drive from the hotel. You come here from a small, cozy, typical Spanish village where also a shop and a restaurant (everything is closed here during the siesta). The house itself is beautifully situated on the mountain with fantastic views of the pool. Inside, it is spacious yet cozy. All supplies are provided and problems they are within ten minutes at your door. The goats that pass a few times a day to hike in the mountains are a nice view, especially for the children. Of the flies and the smell that some people complain about but we did not experience every day eaten outside in the pleasant secluded garden. You Might Also to visit are definitely the beautiful town of Ronda, the rock formations of torcal and the lake of Fuente de Piedra with its flamingo "s. Great shopping can be done in 20 minutes where several supermarkets including a Lidl. Certainly once pass through ital + turk snack bar where they prepare the best burgers we have ever eaten and all at

Location of the house is beautiful. The garden is beautifully landscaped with flowers and the grass is fine for small children. The rural atmosphere is determined by the 6 x daily passing of vast herds of goats. When the wind came from the southwest, we have had the whole day burden of goats tank from the neighboring houses, which was less pleasant. But otherwise we have four small children, spent two wonderful weeks in the atmospheric accommodation.

Our stay at Casa Almendro was common to evaluate as well. It is about 850 m high what is a short uphill was to reach it. Regarding hygiene there's nothing to complain about. However leaked even sudden water along the roof to the TV area. After our call to the house manager, nothing was done during the stay .. (Lek revealed by self-examination due to leak in bathroom on 1st floor). Another annoying downside was the number of flies that we had to face when we ate outside. Outside these negatives, all in all, a nice house (which is priced a little too high in our opinion).

Lovely holiday in a fantastic area! Nice house, great for groups.

A wonderful week in which we (family consisting of 7 adults and 2 small children) have the house, the garden, pool (still cold) and the beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed Cultural excursions to Granada and Cordoba, nature trips to El Torcal and El Chorro. Every day it was / a feast.

Superb villa in beautiful part of Spain, good base for trips to Granada, Malaga and Seville, but also love the great outdoors.

Very nice house located at 5 bedrooms, but only 2 rooms with bathrooms inside, the residents of the other 3 rooms must share 2 bathrooms. During our stay very pleasant that heating and fire place and working. Beautiful large kitchen with sämlichem inventory. Shops from 2-3 km. Pool failed due to weather conditions, unfortunately, not be used. Recommended excursions (Cordoba, Granada) each 1.5 hour drive away.
