This beautiful, authentic holiday home in Sant Feliu de Guixols has a large terrace, a swimming pool, a lovely sun terrace on the first floor and a garage. This house was once a cork factory and dance school. It is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It is located close to the beach and also within walking distance of all amenities in the cosy centre, with plenty of terraces, restaurants and shops. The centre is just 500 metres from the accommodation. By car, you can make many trips to beaches, towns and beautiful natural areas in the region. The surrounding area also hosts beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Prepare delicious meals in the open-plan kitchen with dining table. The well-equipped kitchen includes a hob, toaster, coffee maker, microwave/combi oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. In the utility room there is a washing machine, baby bath, cot and high chair. The bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. The upstairs bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, which you may use for a fee if you wish. The house has heating for the winter and the patio is a lovely place to sit, lie and lounge.

Beautiful spacious house fully furnished. Everything you need for a nice vacation is present. Well received. Within walking distance of the charming village. Garage is available but a bit tricky for a larger car due to the high threshold. But it worked out and is definitely needed in the village because parking your car can be a bit more difficult. If we come with multiple people, we will definitely return.
