This beautiful and comfortable 4-bedroom villa in Llafranc spans 150 m² across 3 floors, offering stunning sea views. Located just 500 meters from the beach and town center, it sits in a peaceful residential area with a communal swimming pool (including a children's area), tennis court, and gardens.
The villa includes 1 quintuple room (2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed), 2 rooms with 2 single beds each, one of which is en-suite with a shower and access to a balcony, and a double room with a double bed and terrace access. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and 1 toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, while the laundry room has a washing machine.
The spacious living-dining room features a TV and provides access to the terrace and private garden (63 m²). The villa also has a garage and is ideal for families. Please note that reservations for young groups under 35 years of age are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
Remarks
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
