About Property
The holiday accommodation is suitable for 2-4 guests. The living room has a double sofa bed, flat screen-TV and a seating area. The living room opens out to the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the sun all day. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. Pets are welcome. You can safely park your car in the parking garage, and there is room to store your skis and bikes.
The accommodation is situated in a quiet side street in Niedersfeld.
The cycling and hiking trails start right outside your door. The Hillebachsee is within about 10 minutes’ walking distance. A perfect area for sports lovers, with facilities for water skiing, wake boarding or sunbathing.
Winterberg is a few km away. Niedersfeld has a bakery, bank and butcher's shop.

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for us, The living room was comfy and we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony soaking up the sun, The kitchen had all the essentials which made cooking easy, and it was nice having a cozy bedroom to crash in after a day of hiking, The location is great too, with trails right outside the door, Can't forget to mention how nice it was to have our dog with us, Would definitely come back again!
