Diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt nur etwa 20 Minuten von Winterberg entfernt und bietet vom Balkon einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft und die Bobbahn. Die Lage ist ideal – ganz in der Nähe des Erlebnisbergs Kappe sowie direkt gegenüber von Bikepark und Skigebiet. Somit ist die Unterkunft zu jeder Jahreszeit der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Aktivurlauber und Erholungssuchende.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage eines Appartementkomplexes und ist bequem per Lift erreichbar. Der offene Wohnbereich vereint Küche, Essplatz und gemütliche Sitzecke mit Sofa, Sessel, TV und Playstation 4. Am Esstisch finden bis zu 4 Personen Platz. Die moderne Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet.
Ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Ein Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln lädt zum Entspannen ein.

We had a great stay here! The balcony was a highlight, seriously loved having my morning coffee out there, The place was clean and had everything we needed, even a PS4 which was a nice surprise, Only downside was the parking could be a bit tight, but we managed just fine, Perfect base for exploring Winterberg!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, just a short drive from the charming town of Winterberg, We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony, which offered a serene backdrop of the mountains, The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals after a day of exploring the nearby bike park and ski area, The PlayStation 4 was a fun bonus for the kids! Overall, a great spot for a family getaway and we definitely plan to return
