Enjoy a well-maintained apartment in a family house, located in a calm neighborhood with a beautiful view over Silbach. Only 5 km away from the ski slopes and directly at the edge of an extensive forest. A perfect place to relax in peace, with all the conveniences of Winterberg within easy reach.
In this ground-floor apartment, part of a family house with multiple units, you will find everything you need for a carefree holiday. The living room is fully equipped. Relax in the seating area while watching your favorite series on the Smart TV. There is also a comfortable single box spring (90x200 cm).
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine, so you can prepare any meal just the way you like it.
The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). Here you will also find a sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix among other things. The second bedroom has a single bed (90x200 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables and bed lighting and storage space for your luggage. The bathroom has a shower in the bathtub, a sink, and a toilet.
Enjoy the nice weather on the terrace with a view over the beautiful mountains of Winterberg, For the little ones, there is a baby cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair available. Note: pets are not allowed. Throughout the apartment, there is access to fast Wifi, which is quite unique in Germany.
There is a shed for storing mountain bikes and a place to rinse them off after a wonderful ride through the beautiful nature of Winterberg. In the winter season, this is a great place to store some ski equipment.
Silbach, beautifully located for hiking and biking tours, is just 8 km from the Winterberg ski area. Directly from your apartment, the hiking trails begin, with the famous Rothaarsteig inviting you for long tours. You can also explore these with a guide; ask at the tourist office in Silbach for the possibilities. In the village, you will find several restaurants, and just a few minutes' drive away is Winterberg itself, where you have a wide choice of shops, boutiques, and dining options. A free bus quickly takes you to the center. In the surrounding area, there are also numerous other activities possible, such as swimming and sailing.
In the middle of the German Sauerland mountains, you will find the famous ski resort Winterberg. It is a small town with 14,000 inhabitants, but don't be mistaken: there is plenty to see and do here – whether you want to be active on the slopes, or just need a day of rest. As white as this small town is in the winter season, so green it becomes in spring and summer. Winterberg without snow is also a beautiful place to explore: numerous hiking and biking trails lead you through the beautiful nature, rich in forests, lakes, and valleys. For the daredevils among us, there are also various climbing routes. Tobogganing is also a popular activity in Winterberg. There are several toboggan runs you can slide down. The most popular toboggan run is the 700-meter-long toboggan run on the Kappe, which is illuminated and thus also open in the evening. Fun for young and old!
