This lovingly furnished holiday flat is the ideal retreat for anyone who appreciates nature, relaxation and comfort. Whether you’re looking for an active holiday or a relaxing break, you’ll feel right at home here.
The cosy living room, featuring a flat-screen TV with a soundbar and subwoofer as well as a Blu-ray player, is perfect for cosy evenings. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content or enjoy a cup of coffee on the sunny terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. Cooking becomes a pleasure in the completely renovated open-plan kitchen.
Two bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep – one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed – as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. A parking space right next to the property makes arrival and departure easy.
Families are also very welcome: a cot (up to 2 years) and a high chair are available. Pet lovers will be delighted – pets are allowed in the accommodation.
In spring and summer, the region around Winterberg delights with its forests, lakes and magnificent views – ideal for hiking, cycling or simply relaxing. This accommodation offers the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in the Sauerland.

Check-in went very smoothly and we could easily pick up the keys in Winterberg, the apartment was located in a nearby village and we could park well there. The apartment itself was on the ground floor and was clean inside. Towels and bed linen were ready and it was nice and warm. The shower and kitchen were super new and comfortable. That couldn't hide the fact that the building itself was a bit dated. All in all, we were very happy with our stay there and had a lovely long weekend in Winterberg!

When we came in the whole couch was covered in dog hair. I had to vacuum it first to be able to sit there. The back door to the garden had no lock, we reported it 3 times, but no change. House was fine.
