For those looking for ultimate relaxation and to fully enjoy their well-deserved holiday, this apartment is the perfect base! The accommodation has a unique location right on the ski slope. It is a wonderful place to stay in summer and winter. You don't even have to leave the house to experience the ultimate holiday feeling. From the sunny balcony, you look out onto the ski slope in winter and the bike park in summer. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor: you enter the hall that gives you access to the various rooms of the modern apartment. The living area is divided into a sitting area, dining area and spacious open kitchen. The sitting area has a corner sofa with a smart television, and you can use the WiFi during your stay. The dining area, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, seats five people. You can prepare your meals in the modern kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator (with a freezer compartment), dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), kettle and toaster. The apartment has one bedroom that sleeps four people. The room has a double bed (160x200 cm), a bunk bed (90x200 cm) and bedside tables. You don't have to worry about a good night's sleep because the bedroom has blackout window coverings. The large wardrobe in the bedroom and the spacious storage cupboard in the living room provide plenty of space for all your clothes and belongings. Freshen up in the modern bathroom. The shower cubicle with sliding glass doors has a wonderful rain and hand shower. The bathroom also has a toilet and a washbasin with a mirror. There are also plenty of hanging and storage options. The large towel radiator warms the towels nicely and drys them quickly.
The balcony (6 m2) faces south and has a beautiful view and a seat for two people. The property includes a ski/bicycle shed and a garage of 200 centimetres wide and 190 centimetres high. You can also park the car outside the garage or (for a fee) in public parking spaces nearby. You will find everything you need for a perfect holiday in the immediate vicinity.
The property is 270 metres from the Winterberg Bobsleigh Track and 290 metres from the summer toboggan run. The apartment is also located in a fantastic natural environment; mountain bike and hiking trails start right from the door. You can enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Winterberg town centre is only a few kilometres away. You can go there for your daily groceries, shopping or a drink or meal at one of the cafes or restaurants.
