The apartment is located close to the ski lifts and a few minutes’ walk from the Erlebnisa berg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. The centre has a range of shops, supermarkets, boutiques, and restaurants. The Winterberg area offers a variety of leisure facilities, for e.g. sailing, caves, and much more.

Die wohnung in winterberg war an sich ok Bis auf das der haartrockner der wohl zuvor schon bemängelt wurde, wurde bei meinem besuch immer noch nicht ausgetauscht Es gibt keine dunstabzugshaube, der backofen ist nicht dicht, der wasserkocher funktionierte auch nicht, die barhocker in der küche waren stark verdreckt, auf der couch spührt man das metalgestell durch die polsterung Was auch sehr nervig war, innerhalb von 2tagen mehr als 20mails der betreiber bekommen & diese eigene app funktionierte auch nicht Check in & out konnte aber alles per tele. Durch freundliches personal geregelt werden Immerhin war das bett gut & es gab warmes wasser

The apartment was freezing cold and dirty. There was a constant noise, a buzzing that couldn't be turned off, even at night. Windows couldn't be opened! The heating in the bathroom was loud and made a banging noise every 30 minutes. The kettle and hairdryer were broken. The bar stools/seats were filthy and dirty. The countertop and electric stove were dirty. The couch was sagging. The mattress was filthy, the pillows an absolute disaster, also dirty and with no comfort. The curtains were way too long and therefore totally dirty at the bottom. The winter garden balcony looked like a construction site, with windows sealed with tape and so on. All in all, a disaster!!! We took photos of everything and sent them to WelcomeIn Witerberg via email... The emergency number was unreachable on both Wednesday and Thursday. We only received a call back on Saturday afternoon... unbelievable. We also traveled back earlier. It's nicer and cleaner at home!! We will never book with you again. Sad regards, Andrea Pitrella
