This holiday apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and bath. In the living room there is a flat screen on which you can watch both Dutch and German television programs. There is also wifi, a radio and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee filter machine. A washing machine, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner are available. There is also a high chair and cot. The garden has a terrace with garden furniture and you can barbecue. The property has a parking space. You can store bicycles and skis in the storage room. 2 Pets are welcome in this accommodation. This accommodation is quietly located at the end of the village, on the ground floor of a small holiday home. The Postwiese ski area is 200 meters away from the house. Only 4 km from the town of Winterberg there lies Neuastenberg where you will find a few restaurants and a bakery. Our holiday home offers a wonderful view. The whole year round you can feast your eyes on the hilly landscape around the Kahle Asten. You will find plenty of opportunities for relaxation as well as activities.

Spacious and very well equipped accommodation. Storage space that can be used is ideal for safely storing several bicycles. Location is a good base to explore the area. MTB and hiking trails pass in front of the property.

We had a fantastic time staying at this holiday apartment! The location right next to the ski area was perfect for our family ski trip, The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a lovely garden where we enjoyed barbecuing after a day on the slopes

Our evaluation of the stay in the holiday home: Neuastenbergerstrasse 4 Neuastenberg August 2023 - pans not clean (1 x new pan was delivered) - no microwave available, it is in the description, (a microwave would be arranged, but never heard from again) - bad dining room chairs, 1 chair broke (we got a replacement for this) - bathroom/toilet door cannot be locked - dining room table sticks, not fresh - no vacuum cleaner available - balcony not fresh - double bed not in order - toaster not fresh - Stair gate does not function (something would be done about it, but never heard from again) - no cupboard space to store the groceries (provisionally fixed after request) - the last week of our stay we had neighbors next to us, through the inner door we could understand each other word for word, so no privacy - washing in the washing machine only went up to a maximum of 40 degrees, that is not clean!!
