An attractive, modern furnished apartment close to the slopes. Completely newly renovated. The living room has an adjoining balcony, from where you can enjoy the sun. In the living room there is a sofa, flat screen TV and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with every convenience such as oven, fridge with freezer and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a bunk bed. The bathroom is spacious and modern with a toilet, sink and shower. Wifi is available in the entire apartment. In addition, you can use the wellness facilities in the complex such as sauna, swimming pool and sun canopy.
The complex is located directly at the entrance of the ski area and the hiking trails. The apartment can be found on the 7th floor, without stairs, same level as the entrance. There is a parking space in the underground parking garage. On the roof is a large roof terrace, where you can barbecue and sunbathe. An indoor swimming pool and sauna is available and you can use it for free. For a fee you can use a sun bed, washing machine and dryer. With the SauerlandCard, which you get for free with your reservation, you can use free bus and train transport.
The accommodation is close to the ski area and a few minutes' walk from the Erlebnisberg Kappe with the bob track, the bike park, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest. The center of Winterberg is equipped with many shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and can be reached within a few minutes' walk. There is a wide range of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity of Winterberg.
