The approximately 85 sq m house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 living room, accommodating up to 5 guests. The large garden invites you to enjoy activities and relaxation.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a modern shower room/WC, and a generous living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (e.g., electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine).

Next to the entrance is a small utility room with a washing machine and other useful items.

The staircase in the living room leads to the first floor, where you'll find two more spacious bedrooms, one of which has a single bed.
