Located in a quiet village valley near Žacléř, the villa is an excellent base for outdoor activities. The surrounding Giant Mountains offer year-round attractions. Hiking enthusiasts can climb Sněžka, the highest peak in the Czech Republic, while nature lovers can explore the stunning Adršpašsko-Teplické rocks. The Treetop Trail in Janské Lázně provides breathtaking views from above. During winter, nearby ski resorts such as Prkenny Dul and the Ski Resort Pec offer various slopes for skiing and snowboarding, making this villa a perfect winter getaway.
