Villa in Zelenecká Lhota with Private Pool

Spacious house with sufficient interior. Spacious bedrooms with good beds. The kitchen was also well stocked with all necessary appliances, pots and pans, etc. Beautiful large garden with many play options for the children and adjacent to the sheep meadow, which the little ones really appreciated. Unfortunately, it turned out on arrival that the pool was not available, still had to be cleaned and filled. According to Belvilla booking confirmation, available from May to Sept. We were here from April 30. Complained to the owner and tried to make direct contact with Belvilla, but they were not available on Saturday and via the website, submitting the complaint was absolutely impossible. Finally on Wednesday contact with customer service who informed us that we were right but that the owner / landlord could no longer realize this. It really put a damper on our vacation. Since we had specially booked a house with pool because of small children that you can not easily get away with because of sleep and eat rhythm. Also the privacy on this rented private house is hard to find. We were almost continuously monitored by the landlord's father who lives on the farm next door. E.g. 1. We had just made a campfire in the relevant room in the garden and in one he came into our garden cursing in Czech to indicate that this was not allowed so high. (It definitely wasn't!). 2. He also once came into the field angry because an adult was lying on the trampoline, which he said was not allowed.3. You have to (logically) separate the waste, but as soon as we had brought food into the relevant bucket, it was immediately identified and emptied. In short: no privacy. No communication with the owner/landlord was possible, did not know a word of English. He then called his daughter who could speak some English and so we had to communicate with her and her father via mobile. What we can positively report is that the house is in a beautiful setting. I have rented the holiday home since 05/29/21 when I arrive Landlord tells me I have to pay extra for electricity but according to the description there is electricity inclusive price everywhere I've been trying to get in touch since 31521 and until now I'm waiting for an answer

Arrival was very good. The landlord very friendly and accommodating. The object maintained, if you do not expect luxury you get a nice and relaxing holiday. The location very quiet. Jičín and Mladá boleslav are easy to reach by car. We had a very nice week there and will definitely go there again. From us 5 stars.

Lovely surroundings, quiet, home super spacious and equipped with great child-friendly garden with swimming pool because the pool can be covered remains bathing water pleasantly warm and clean! Fruit trees and blackberries in abundance that you can pick, in short we have there two wonderful relaxing weeks had!
