The Lipno Lake offers wonderful views and many activities like fishing, swimming, and water sports. There are several cycling and walking trails to explore. Culture lovers can visit the town centre at 2 km with the ambience of a bygone era. The supermarket and restaurants are at 2 km. You can enjoy the slopes of the Sumava Mountains during winter.
The holiday home is cosy with central heating, a spacious living room and a modern kitchen. There is a table football for recreation and a terrace to relax outdoors with a cool drink. Try your culinary skills over the barbecue in the furnished garden. Play equipment, trampoline, cot and high chair are available.
Public transport is at 500 m.
The rate for gas is 7.50 euros per cubic m and will be charged locally to the caretaker.

Very nice gentleman who was within 5 minutes after a call. Very big house, cool down in the summer, swimming pool (you) to cool outside. The water was 26 degrees in it, but could be warmer. Need your own transportation because it is located some distance from a small road near Lipnomer. We were with 10 adults and did something different every day, one day to Prague goes well 2 hours and 2 hours back, car put on PR, and by metro you were in the center. Nice rafting at Cesky Krumlov. Have a nice week together.

Spacious house with large living room and good facilities. Cozy stoves. Trampoline and table football are a hit with children of all ages. Very quiet location with beautiful nature in the immediate area. Beautiful walk to the train station about 10 minutes, immediate help in Heizungsausfall.Hohe heating (gas) have the originally low price to increase significantly. The thick walls initially a bit cold in the bedrooms. Sauna did not (did not bother on).
