Detached chalet with view of the Alps, large terrace and veranda

Unfortunately, the site did not work optimally with the final booking, so we did it by phone. Well spoken and booked quickly, the papers were also quickly received by mail, top !!

The chalet has every comfort and a great view and terrace. Ideal for four people. Walks start from the chalet so the car does not have to be used every day. The valley and the mountains are very beautiful. The valley is not very well known because there are no mountains with eternal snow. It is therefore quieter in the summer than in other more famous places such as Kandersteg, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, etc. It is ideal for hikers who find 2300 meter hikes sufficient and who come for nature and tranquility. The valley itself has very beautiful and old chalets that are worth a visit. The village of Diemtigen is especially beautiful. There are many interesting destinations within less than an hour's drive. Interlaken, Thun, Thunersee, Spiez can even be reached in 30 minutes. The house cat comes daily, but we have also been able to spot a fox and birds of prey from the chalet. So in addition to the typical Swiss cows, there are many other animals. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility and also a good base for the region!

The bungalow is very pleasant to stay . There was everything we needed . The location is also very beautiful and nicely situated in nature. Warm contact also with the owners .

The house is beautiful and quiet. The equipment is very good, we felt very comfortable and will happily spend our holidays here again. We can recommend this holiday home to all those looking for peace and quiet.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners! The accommodation was perfectly equipped. Nothing was missing.

We are very kindly received by the owners. The house is clean, well equipped, beautifully situated and has a beautiful view. During your stay you can park the car in a private garage near the house. We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The environment is like a painting. There is so much to see and so many fun things to do. We have made beautiful walks. We walked to the Angelsee and the Seebergsee and swam in it (that is cold, but also very nice!). We also took the chairlift at the Wiriehorn and did a super fun treasure hunt and drove Trotti (step) down. Afterwards delicious food at Wirieblick. Thun is also a wonderful city to walk around. In short, this house in the Diemtigtal is really recommended!

The holiday cottage was easy to find. Kindly received by the daughter and son. A wonderful garage. The accommodation was wonderful. Nice sitting room and a good bed. Everything was there what we needed. The area was fantastic. We had a nice view from the benches. And what I really liked were the sheep and the cats (who stopped by every day) I saw many birds. Would definitely recommend the house

The expectations in advance of the cottage were high, especially considering the reviews on the website. And those expectations have come true. A very nice house, in a beautiful location, nice helpful homeowners. From the Diemtigtal you can make various nice trips. Recommended is the Jungfrau, Lauterbrunnen (waterfalls valley) and the Stockhorn. Bern is also nice to visit for a morning or afternoon. A week is nice to get a good impression of the area, but for a longer period there are plenty of other options to see and / or do things.
