We arrived at 11:00 pm and the code for the entrance door didn't work. We didn't have any phone number of a contact person, only an emergency phone and the codes. We called that number, but they couldn't do anything because it was late, only contact with Belvilla the next day. A neighbour entered the building and we were able to enter too. The apartment code did work. The next day they sent me an email telling me to contact the partner responsible of the property (we didn't have any contact), so I sent an email to Checkmyguest, who sent me another code that did work. In addition, the sofa-bed only had a bottom sheet, neither duvet nor sheets.
