The large, enclosed property is located in the rural commune of Plouégat-Guérand, on the border between Finistère and the Côtes d'Armor. An ideal location to discover the diversity and attractions of both departments. In Finistère, the beautiful bay of Morlaix and the town of Locquirec, a popular seaside resort with a fishing and marina and a small church worth seeing, are only 5 km away on a peninsula. In the Côtes d'Armor, the huge natural beach of Saint Michel en Grèves and a little further on the fantastic pink granite coast with the popular seaside resorts of Trebeurden and Perros Guirec. Experience not only inviting nature, but also a lot of history, interesting small towns, a beautiful rugged rocky coast and wonderful white sandy beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming country house! The location was perfect for exploring both Finistère and the Côtes d'Armor, The nearby beaches were stunning, and we loved wandering around the quaint town of Locquirec, The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a lovely fireplace that made our evenings so relaxing, We especially appreciated the spacious garden where our kids could play freely, Monique was a fantastic host, making us feel right at home, Can't wait to return!

Meets all expectations. For French standards, it is clean. Very friendly and helpful people. The only downside is that you can not walk the dog here because the house is on a busy road and very noisy due to the busy road.
